Ms. Julialeida Sainz is passionate about immigration and has dedicated her legal
career to protecting the rights of every immigrant. Ms. Sainz is a daughter of
immigrants. As such, she understands the struggles and enormous sacrifices that
many immigrants have made in search of the “American Dream.”

Ms. Sainz graduated Cum Laude from Florida International University with a
degree in Psychology and a minor in Political Science. She went on to obtain her
Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. Ms. Sainz has wide-ranging
experience in preparing and submitting complex asylum, family-based petitions,
SIJS, VAWA, U visas, consular processing, naturalizations, and waiver applications.
She can counsel and assist in preparing and submitting non-immigrant and
immigrant visa applications with supporting documents to all immigration
agencies.

Ms. Sainz has successfully litigated applications for cancellation of removal,
adjustment of status, waivers, and asylum for hundreds of clients before the U.S.
Immigration Courts, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration
and Customs Enforcement, Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Department
of State. Additionally, she has obtained bond and immigration benefits for dozens
of detained clients.

Ms. Sainz understands how vital a lawyer’s role is in immigration cases and strives
to achieve the best outcome for her clients.
