She attended the University of Central Florida for her undergraduate degree before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Florida International University, College of Law. Ms. Nogueras is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.<\/p>\n Ms. Nogueras has experience in First Party Property claims and Personal Injury claims. Prior to and during law school, she was responsible for the Homeowner\u2019s First Party Pre-Suit department at Greenberg & Urbano. After graduating from law school, she worked as a Plaintiff\u2019s Attorney at the country\u2019s largest injury firm where she honed her advocacy and research skills by working with some of Miami’s best personal injury attorneys. During that time, she handled thousands of personal injury cases and successfully negotiated and mediated claims on behalf of her clients.<\/p>\n Ms. Nogueras returned to Greenberg & Urbano to continue its 40 year personal injury practice focusing on representing clients injured in serious automobile collisions, wrongful death, premises liability, cruise ship negligence, slip and falls, and other forms of negligence.
